    I could really feel this one come on. For sure an introspective experience. Lots of energy. Made me feel slightly uncomfortable but my shaman helped me see that I had to be the master of my experience and it worked. I swear that I have been more thoughtful and in the moment since the session. Thanks Serenite!

    My back feels better… when I go to the chiropractor, after every four visits, I have to fill out a questionnaire on how I’m feeling pain-wise. There are ratings of 1 to 10, 10 being worst, and all of my choices yesterday were under five for the first time after just three days of 2 capsules and 4 days off. Most of the time they’re close to eight or nine. Yahoooooooo!
