Returns & Refund Policy — Serenite Labs

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

We maintain a limited refund policy for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

To request support, you must provide proof of purchase, including your order number and the email used at checkout.

Please do not send any products back to the return address on the shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only considered in cases where an order arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged prior to delivery.

If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within several business days. You will be notified once your request has been reviewed and a decision has been made.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
  • Contact your bank, as additional delays can occur

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds where applicable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective, or damaged prior to delivery. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or after delivery.

If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement, contact helpdesk@serenitelabs.com with your order details.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, an approved refund may be issued as store credit.

If the item was not marked as a gift, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping

Do not attempt to return or ship items back to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, original shipping costs may be deducted from the total refund amount.
