I had tried psilocybin chocolates before but found it difficult to control the dosage, which made the experience less enjoyable. I was hesitant to try again until friends recommended microdosing with capsules. The difference was night and day—I could fine-tune my intake and enjoy a subtle yet noticeable boost in energy, smoother than coffee and without the crash.
I started with Albino PE7, which turned out to be perfect for daytime use. It provided a gentle lift in mood and focus without feeling overwhelming. Later, I experimented with Golden Teacher during a night out with friends. It gave me a warm, happy feeling, enhancing social interactions without the need for alcohol.

This provided me with a lot of good positive vibes and energy. I was able to gain introspection and reflection. Very little nausea. It lasted for a good while, and the afterglow effects are decent as well. Onset for me took around 2 hours instead of 1, but the experience was a positive and rewarding one.
