AMAZING!!!! I love this strain. Basically alot of clean energy and it helped my mental health disabilities. Helped my anxiety big time and I also suffer from ptsd and this helped tremendously. A beautiful journey into self while letting go of self. Very introspective, relaxing and visual. With 3 capsules I felt a pleasant but not too intense experience. It allowed me to break down some barriers I had been wrestling with for some time. I’ve PTSD and have been struggling with anxiety due to some major life changes. I’m so glad that I gave Serenité a try! Although I only received my order today and was planning on waiting, my husband brought the mail in and asked what was in the box. So I asked him to sit down because I had a surprise that I hoped he would enjoy. When I showed him what it was he did a little research and in a few minutes was ready to dive right in!
