Each capsule provides an authentic micro-dose, containing 190mg-230mg of mushroom powder inside a 100mg gelatin capsule, allowing for flexible use—whether layered or taken individually. And when you take one, be patient. It takes up to 90 minutes for some strains to reach their full cognitive potential.
